Cases from the Murder Wagon is a cooperative horror / investigation game originally developed for the Global Game Jam 2018. Following the encouraging feedback from our friends and teachers on this first prototype we decided to continue the development of our concept with the final aim of making a proper game.

In Cases from the Murder Wagon players will take on the role of two investigators travelling in their van, the Murder Wagon, to solve supernatural investigations across the US.
Cases from the Murder Wagon is exclusively playable as a duo and thanks to the asymmetrical gameplays it offers, it will require its players to maintain constant communication in order to survive the dangers they will face in order to solve their investigations.

Indeed, the players will play two unique and complementary roles. First, the Watcher will have to use maps and surveillance cameras to observe the environment and the entities that inhabit it. Thanks to these tools he will be able to guide his teammate remotely from the Murder Wagon.
The Runner will go directly to the scene of the investigation and explore it to find the evidence the team needs to solve the case, while escaping the threats that lurk there.
